I am an experienced CFO and strategy executive with over two decades helping organizations scale, transform, and achieve profitable results.

My background spans Wall Street, venture studios, and PE-backed businesses across the North America, Europe, and Asia. I bring both strategy and execution — from leading transactions to building the systems that sustain day-to-day discipline.

As Managing Partner & CFO of ElevenX Capital, I led the sale of an IT Managed Services company at nearly 90% IRR, was the CFO of 5 portfolio companies in SaaS and Tech Services, and built a 50-person shared services operation across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT in India and the US.

Previously, as CFO and CAO of Revature, I modernized the Finance, HR, and IT functions — including a two-year Workday implementation and global data warehouse program — while steering the company through a pandemic-era restructuring.

My early career at Investment Technology Group (NYSE: ITG) built my M&A foundation, where I ran strategy and corporate development, overseeing the end-to-end deal cycle, partnerships and joint ventures along with executive roles within the finance dept of a global, publicly traded company. ITG was ultimately sold to a competitor for over $1 billion and I led the internal deal team on the transaction.

Personal Background: I was born and raised in the New Haven, CT area where I attended the Hopkins School and then went on to get my bachelor’s at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. I lived and worked in London and New York City before settling down in Westchester County, New York with my wife and two children. I’m a big fan of the Knicks, Giants and Yankees and when I’m not working or with my family, you will likely catch me on the tennis court. I also love exploring culinary adventures in the kitchen and sharing adventurous meals with my family on our many travels around the globe.
